Kinda hard to go wrong with these guys--an easy choice for the R&RHoF. And try naming even a couple rock pianists/organists who are better than McLagan. Still, to me, Ronnie Lane anchors everything in this outfit--what a glorious tone and presence...always...still.

I sometimes wonder if Janis really needed a mic--what power! What soul! Every note...as if her life depended on it. Unbelievable!
