I haven't read all the comments to this video, but it's obvious to me that the deer has a fawn hidden close by and she sees the cat as a possible threat. That's why she's stomping her hooves and not going away. I once had a deer do that to me and I immediately backed away slowly and carefully. Wh...

It was very rare for the ladies of the panel to stand for a guest. In fact, I don't recall them ever having done so. You can see by their actions how much they respected and honored Mrs. Roosevelt.
