Well I don't have your Problem. As time goes on I am only getting better + my skin is getting stronger & more elastic. Never will have ?Dowager's hump nor hip replacement, I don't drink milk, nor eat cheese. It was not meant for us... I have better Silica composition now (which keeps everything sealed in place + is the Fountain of Youth answer). Once we're sealed with it sufficiently, the body will automatically Renew itself, & repair and replicate itself, thru Growth hormones. Tender? you're wearing away as in Wear ~ Tear + Rusting. Once buffered & insulated with Silica/Silicone, Plant Fat.ty Acids, natural foods hign in Iron, you can be ticking as that Perpetual Motion Machine of Tesla! That is what I have been hacking at for the last 26-27 yrs. It's more important to these "Elites" than everything they hold on that TESLA hacked + cracked for them, so I would rather be a Vegetable+a-Mineral, than a good ol' Load on in Stupors, Meat-eater.

No I don't have biochemistry knowledge and nutritional sciences required to write a book, but I do have the basics down for a decent healthy diet. The problem is breaking bad habits like drinking milk and other foods. I am entering a tender time in my life and change is now becoming mandatory. I would like to avoid Dowager's hump and hip replacement etc..... It seems we can't even rely on being guaranteed buying quality supplements now, since the rats have monopolized and compromised that industry as well.

This is a Question for Rose ~Could you write a book, if you were instead of a Lead diet (meats), on a vegetable + mineral diet ?

You look fabulous, cute and pretty, keep up with your vegetable and mineral diet. You should write a book. I have just tried eating Avacados for 3 days and my hip and back pain are gone. Since I am down south at the moment, I am taking advantage of some of these miracle foods which I never eat at home.
