I defy gravity. I am a person in progress. From the wreckage of the past, a new future arises. Though my life has been inextricably altered, many things occurring that I would never have chosen, I am here, and that in and of itself is a marvel. Say what you will about me, believe what you will, and so will I. I believe in possibility, in millionth chances and the ability of the human spirit to endure under the most impossible of all circumstances. I have done it. Furthermore, I believe in you -no matter who you are, as well. Human beings are complex biological machines capable of altering the cosmos. With such great power, comes great responsibility. I hope that you take your responsibility as seriously as I do and with just as much joy. Perhaps then you too, will defy gravity and we may float past each other. I would like that.
