what's funny is if you ask him, Matt will say his swing is steeper than it use to be. If you grab a video of him from the early 2000s, his hands are higher but his shoulders are more level. Now his hands are lower but his shoulders are more tilted at the top so to him, it feels steeper.

He used to be a Libertarian...the only reason he changed parties back in the early 90s is because you have to be either a dem or a republican to even get on the ballot in some states.
