My experiences as a midwife helped prepare me for my current life work, which is to be with people as they open their hearts and fully experience whatever is happening in their lives. I offer my services through courses, presentations and private sessions, facilitating others as they discover and step into the truth of who they are. My experiences led me to co-author a book called A Life Like Yours, written as a simple parable about finding love within our own heart, and experiencing the profound effect this has on our relationships. The book invites readers to more deeply contemplate what matters most to them in their own life. It also led me to create a meditation CD "Awaken To Stillness and Find an Ocean of Peace Within Your Heart". The words for this meditation came to me in a most amazing spiritual experience during the early hours one morning. The CD incorporates an inner body guided meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls as the backing vibration, which gives wonderful resonance.

As our hearts open to Love and Gratitude we begin to feel a deep remembering and re-connection with our true selves, and we are drawn to re-connect with others whose hearts are opening also. As more and more of us feel these heart connections, we experience the greater experience -- Oneness!
