I agree there's no reason to be insulting. But people are allowed to comment wether they agree or not. If you only allow people who agree to comment, you get a censure, bit 1984 situation:P

I agree with most of your reasons, only 21 isn't a good one in my opinion. Not considering your audiance is not necessarily a bad thing. You write a book because you love the story yourself and love writing, not because other people want you to.

Well, as far as I know, there wasn't a problem. I mean I love Harry Potter and I don't mind Twilight. But then some twilight fans (or one, I'm not sure) I believe started comparing Twilight to HP and said Twilight was better. Now that I don't mind so much, I just think it's crazy. Wha...

I agree with most things you said. My only critique is that you shouldn't use the words shit an fuck all the time. It looks childish and degrades your own argument.

I really liked your 5th reason. One of the great things in Harry Potter is that for instance Harry aks in the first book why Voldemort tried to kill him, and you don't get the answer until the fifth book. That leaves a lot of room for speculation and discussion which makes it more fun.

You know, I like the Twilight series as well. And I really did some serious effort to come up with reasons why twilight or certain aspects of twilight are better than Harry Potter but I just couldn't. The only thing I could think of is that Meyer uses mythical creatures (vampires and werewolves) ...

When did JK Rowling say that. I vaguely remember an interview in which she said he was around 150 years old.

Reason 1: You're right. In twilight it was clear from the first book that Bella and Edward were going to end up together and that Bella would become a vampire. But I remember before HP 7 came out, how many discussions there were about if Harry would survive or not. It could have gone both ways.

Remus Lupin is a werewolf and is married to Tonks. So, JK Rowling did it first! And I won't even start on the other useless arguments.

No offence, but this isn't the best impression. You don't look depressed enough and you actually have expression in your face. Take it as a compliment!

If you like to think that twilight is better that's fine, but these reasons are retarded. They say absolutely nothing about the quality, only about the length and genre.
