Sun Ba Gua
This information has been made available to introduce the deep principles and practices of Sun Style Bagua to the general public. Each self-defense movement nourishes the body by strengthening the organs, bones, and connective tissue. The art emphasizes using yin and yang in various combinations in accordance with the 8 Trigrams chart of the I Ching (Book of Changes).
Sun Tai Chi
Students of Sun Style Taijiquan not only pay strict attention to their body posture and hand positioning, they study how certain movements affect the flow of energy inside the body. This playlist has been created to help introduce the martial arts world to Sun Style Tai Chi.
