Vintage Scousers for the 2nd Goal!!

Andy Scott (now Rotherham Manager) looked like he was tormenting the Hatters, our right back at the time (Kevin Gage) even got the first 2 goals, a very rare occassion, even rarer us scoring 6 away from home. I remember this game, switching teletext on and being shocked at the scoreline.

The ref was a joke that match - roll on tomorrow for the re match :)

Zico, Zico, Zico - Mike Lake went through a purple patch of scoring a few blinders in the space of about 10 matches that season. Long gone are the days of hammering Man City 4-2, i can't see that happening again any time soon :)

Way out on the years, this is more like 95/96 season.

Remember this game well, Beckford did very well and Bryson's goal came very late on. It was a relief when he finally got the ball past Beckford, we'd have done better with Gunn in goal for the 2nd half :)

Flo and Fjortoft played for the Blades, Flo wasn't the greatest, Fjortoft was a brilliant player.
