About Me:

The mission of the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation (CFCF) is to discover cures for carcinoid, pancreatic neuroendocrine, and related neuroendocrine cancers. Our vision is to eliminate the suffering of patients, families, and caregivers affected by neuroendocrine cancers. Nancy Lindholm founded CFCF to be the only carcinoid and related neuroendocrine cancer focused foundation with the mission of discovering cures, with a formal Board of Directors, a Board of Scientific Advisors and a structured Research Road Map to achieve its mission.

CFCF directs 100% of all individual donations to breakthrough scientific research. This is made possible by the generous support of CFCF's Board of Directors and corporate sponsors. Since its inception, CFCF has awarded over six million dollars in research grants to leading scientists at renowned institutions worldwide.
