The U.S. Congress is about to make a huge mistake on climate change. This video shows why Congress is getting is wrong and what they could be doing to get it right, in 3 segments we call: The Big Lie, the Big Rip-Off and the Real Solution. Our video explains why cap-and-trade-with-offsets will create the huge shift in incentives needed to begin the clean energy revolution. Carbon-fees-with-rebates, on the other hand, can be the centerpiece of the real solution by addressing the major obstacle to cutting fossil-fuel emissions and keeping the energy people need affordable.

We are speaking out as parents, citizens, a married couple and attorneys, but our opinions are based on more than 20 years each as enforcement attorneys with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") in the San Francisco Regional Office.
