And i am starting slowly to let go my hatred toward people and toward myself, it's still far from good but it's much better than it was before. I simply decided i cannot give up, no matter how awful it is, because that's life's greatest task - not to give up and rise above all problems and traumas, at least i think so... Btw, what do you think of Totalselfhatred's song called 'Enlightment' ?

Hey, thanks for nice words :) Let me tell you a little about myself, hope you don't mind.. I have this thing called Social anxiety disorder or Social phobia as a result of some bad events in my life. It's a thing where i become extremely nervous whenever i have to face with unknown people, and t's a lot easier with people i actually know. So, i was in serious depression for three years, i communicated only with my parents, no friends, no girlfriend, no job, no hobby, nothing, just me, my bed, my four walls and black thoughts, i just pitied myself, depression changed me even physically. But four months ago i met a girl, and she helped me to get out of my coffin and breathe a little.

I follow your channel for a while, and you seem like an interesting fellow who i would be glad to meet. We corresponded a couple of times and you talked of your depression and passivity than.
