Any fish really would go in the 75 gal but I would avoid slow moving fish with flowing tails (e.g. guppies and fighters) as the tiger barbs may nibble them badly.

Since I deal only with fish, I'm not sure of the exact requirements for turtles although I have loads in my small lake in the garden they just look after themselves. It something I will not order into the shop as we would end up getting them back once they outgrew the tank. There will no doubt be videos on youtube on proper turtle set-ups. I do know that they need much more filtration than fish or they will stink once they get larger.
