We are a group of GCSE citizenship students who have been assigned the task to choose a topic that violated an human right and to construct a project based on those violations. Therefore we have choosen to pick the death penalty also known as capital punishment.

The deah penalty is a type of punishment of which is taken to extreme; resulting in the death of an indiviual.
Capital Punishment still exsists in 68 countries. And is a clear violation of articles 3 and 5 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

-'' Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.''

-'' No person shall be subjected to cruel, inhuman or
degrading punmishment or treatment .''
