Wally Jimenez (nombre artistico Capelly) nació en Harlem, Nueva York, el 3 de Enero del 1982. Creció en el Bronx casi toda su vida asta la edad de 11. Desde de niño Wally creció escuchando Hip Hop old school y crece en el ambiente de la cultura Urbana. Sus influencia durante ese tiempo fueron rapperos como KRS ONE, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, M.C. Shane, Brand Nublen, y mas. En el 1992 se fue a vivir con sus padres y sus dos hermanos para Republica Dominicana a la cuidad de Santiago de los Caballeros y Jicome, Valverde Mao donde dura 7 años. Durante eso 7 anos Wally fue conociendo nuevos artistas como Yankee Man, Mexicano, Cavaluchi, Tempo, Eddie Dee, Baby Rasta y Gringo, Memo y Vale, etc. En el 1998 regresa a su cuidad natal, El Boggie Down Bronx. Donde en la secundaria comenzó a escribir sus propias canciones. Desafortunadamente por problemas personales Wally se va a vivir a la cuidad de Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ay el termina la secundaria en el 2002. El regresa de nuevo a NYC y entra a la universidad y estudia Ingeniería de Audio y Sonido. Durante sus estudios universitarios Wally comienza a gravar y ser miembro de diferentes grupos de rap y reggaeton pero las mayorías de eso grupo le dieron la espalda. No dando se porvensido y en busca de realizar sus sueños de ser rappero Wally practica día y noche con la mentalidad de ser uno de los mejores.
