Ten years ago I got really tired of people coming to me saying that they were told to "just go out there and buy property". "You'll look like a genius in five years when you sell it!" This kind of thinking set many of my friends up to fail because you can't always cash flow a property in an up market. Most investors who followed this advice were spending a few hundred dollars per property (adding up to thousands monthly for those who wanted multiple properties). Many of them had spent a few thousand dollars taking U.S. courses which don't all work in Canada just to sit through a seminar designed to teach them what they don't know in hopes that they'd sign up for another course at twenty to thirty thousand more!

I vowed that I could not live with myself if I became one of them! So I decided to make even more education become available for as little as I could get away with.
