Though, make no mistake, Canadians can be a tough bunch too. We will stand up and fight for our beliefs, our rights, our freedom
Then of course, there are those in Canadian society that are selfish, violent, ignorant, etc. Thank God they are the minority.

people believe anything they are shown on t.v. of places like you tube fake or not made up or not.
in this materialistic 9 to 5 world nobody cares and if they do there life is so hectic that they are unable to do anything about whats happening.
Harper n Obama go to war with LIbya (I might add: without any parliamentary debate or consensus; unilateral war by mandate of the UN Resolution 1973). Protect the civilians. Humantarian War!... which is the best example of an oxymoron. The rebels are commiting the atrocities that they so accuse Gaddafi of commiting n the reason to throw him out of power is cus the criminals lust for the power n they are more vicious, hateful, n bloodthirsty than Gaddafi ever was.
As a Canadian, one has to wonder why are we giving weapons to those people? Why are we spending hundreds of millions of our tax dollars helping them? Are we not already 1.2 Trillion dollars in debt as of Oct 2011? The Canadian Gov just gave 10.2 million to the "Transitional Gov" of Libya; the freedom fighters or as most know, Al Qaida members n mercenaries? WTF?
