Great rifle. Accurate, reliable, incredible stopping power, and one of the most well-rounded infantry weapon systems ever developped. Adopted first by Canada I might add. Naw not trying to toot the horn or anything haha, but it also recently helped Libya win her revolution.

@Sportsfanno1 Absolutely. The fighting depicted is pretty true, it was just another war love story. If they had put in a big effort like for Saving Private Ryan, it would have been excellent. I'd like to see one on Canada's Hundred Days campaign.

Well in Ken Burns' "Civil War" they were sent in....and that's the definitive work on the war. And yes at first, but they had a respect, and for some even a love for blacks that the South could never fathom.
