The Campus Kitchen at Johns Hopkins University is a food recovery program affiliated with the national Campus Kitchens Project (www.campuskitchens.org). We take food that would otherwise be thrown away as unusable surplus by campus dining and other food services in the Baltimore city area, and instead recycle it into nutritious meals that go to feed those who need it in our local community.
