The Camping Board approves, classifies and monitors campsites in Denmark 480 altogether.
Based on the Camping Boards classification system, campsites are given a star rating, and the standard of campsites is monitored at least one each year by the Danish Camping Boards consultants. 4 star and 5 star sites are monitored twice each year.
This is the Danish Camping Boards guarantee that the campsites fulfil the requirements associated with the star rating given.
The Danish Camping Board operates the Scandinavian Camping Card scheme in Denmark.
