the missions are from payware flught deck 5.in fact the vid in question is not from flight deck 5.its freeware AI carriers,the EH101 is the default chopper from the acceleration pack.the repaints of the FA 18 are from flightsim dot com

on the flight screen select change aircraft from the menu,then change to what you want to fly

at the bottom of the missions page there is a tick box,called enable mission changes,tick that box and you can change when you like
