made this last week , everyone loved it and so I made it again this time with scallions ,chives and basil. Came out awesome . When pulled off the foil I added white wine over the top. Another triumph and now the family wants this for Easter. Thanx for gettin it started.

what do you use for the dough? I was in crotone ,calabria, Italia and had deep fried calzones that were out of this world. Been trying to duplicate this since. Everyone says its the dough.
