I had my Samsung Admire for about 2 weeks. I got 3G, I updated via phone call, all u do to get 3g is call *228 wait for the operator to finish then press option 5 it will say update roaming something press 5 again and then finish, ur phone will reboot and wallah u got 3g. Thats how i did it.
