This video documents the deplorable quality of workmanship from CalSpas top of the line $23,000 Product FP 4700

The spa was bought in November 2007 and had problems immediately. It leaked, the main swim jet did not work and the ozonator did not function. It wasn't until we had the spa inspected by a third party that we found out that insulation was missing and that the wooden supports were cracking. Of course, we saw the blisters form as they developed and were advised that the spa was unsafe.
Basically, the spa was unacceptable when it was delivered.
