Only the origins of the xenomorph. From what I've heard the Prometheus crew get 'punished' for taking something they shouldn't have. Much like the Prometheus mythology.

Ridley Scott has said it will not feature the xenomorph because it (the xenomorph) has been milked dry.

It's a shame how much this movie suffered from the restraints the Fox executives put on David Fincher. The directors cut was already a lot better than the theatrical version. Who knows what the film would have been like if Fincher had made it the way he wanted it to.
