Hulu has the episode on a 8 day delay this season. The season 2 premiere should be up Monday November 16th. Most Season 1 was most likely removed to encourage people to buy the DVD set. There is currently free DVD sets giveaways going on on various fan sites (Thanks to our sponsor, Disney). Check out http://www.sword-of-truth.com for more info :-) Also most US movie theaters give iTunes 3D cards away with promo codes, which lets you download the first episode of season 1 for free (fan sites already gave a lot of those codes to people, and more codes may be available soon again to giveaway).
