I'm happy I found your Channel

Stunned and delighted to find the videos of Isaac on here. Knew him through my piano teacher when I was a teenager, and I adored him for his playing, and the sense that he always seemed so happy to see me. He did a masterclass when I was attending a jazz summer school at the Guildhall at the age of 15 or so, though I didn't attend, as I was there for piano. He did do a set that evening though and ... well, I don't need to tell any of you how amazing he was.

I remember very briefly meeting his daughter that night -- a couple of years older than me -- and I have to confess I may have been as captivated by her as by the music.

I noticed that you like tutorials for Final Cut and I just wanted to let you know about my channel that teaches FCP Studio...

I knew Isaac in the late 1980s and saw him perform at least twenty times in a two-year span. He once told me many people (including myself) wanted to make him famous, but the only way that was going to happen would be if Channel Four made a documentary on him after he died. I wonder if that's where your film will end up. Id definitely buy a copy of your DVD when its available, but I'll do anything I can to help you complete your project. You only have to ask. Thank you for what you are trying to do.

In case you're worried about sales, put me down for a copy of your DVD now. Last time I looked for Isaac on Youtube there were two clips. Your footage is like musical gold dust. I saw him first at Cambridge in the early 90s - will never forget walking into the back of the tent on the off chance there might be something interesting happening. My jaw hit the floor, and stayed there the whole set. Saw him several times after that, including a gig at Hitchin where he played sitting down (I suspect because he wasn't well by then). He was a wonderful technical guitarist, but it was the soul that made him special... Thank you.
