I think I get it.. it's kinda like, if there's an Engine, an Aerial and a Rescue in the station, you'd get say, 10 firefighters. Then, if it's a fire related call, you'd go 4 on the Pump, 4 on the Ladder, and 2 on the Rescue? (Just as an example lol)
