Commit To Be Fit 2010 Youtube Weight Loss Challenge!
Contest Starts April 1st 2010!

Official Rules!

1. you have to be subscribed to the following channel

2. Go to http://www.ctbfchallenge.com
check it out it has contest info.

3. Make a short video 3 minutes or less saying
.This is a video response to the commit to be fit weight loss challenge
.Say your name
.Height
.Current weight ( be sure we can see your weight either on the scales something that let us see your weight.

Only accepting video submissions that way we won't have any cheaters using photoshop :)

4. attach the video response to the video we post March 22nd! We will all post the video on our personal channels but post the video on the CTBF Channel so it will be easier :)

5. The contest will start April 1st 2010 so All video submissions have to be in by midnight April 1st to be entered.

6. The contest will be judged just like in the Biggest Loser so The total percentage of weight loss.

7. There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd winners with prizes but the more that enter the better the prizes get!

8. The contest will last 3 months.
.April 1st Entry video
.May 15th that's the halfway mark make a progress video telling your weight and make sure we can see your weight either on the scales or something we can see!
June 29th Submit your Final results!
