I love The Beatles!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And The Doors, The Zombies, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, all those '60's people. I also adore anything pre-80's (though I still LOVE the Pillows, Yuki, SSKHKH, The Noodles, Chatmonchy, Supercar) my main decades are the 1920's and the 1960's American and European music, art and television.

Movies:
Precode Hollywood is my favorite. I like so many old movies it'd be useless to list. I'll watch anything with Bette Davis (and her peers, female and male). I watch many silent films and have seen some more times that I can count, especially pre-20's. After the 40's I think movies lost it thank to cheap, lazy competition with television began and movies got lazy. I like old shows as well, I Lucy and things like that, Good Times, The Jeffersons. If you know what I'm talking about I won't waste your time listing the rest.
Music:
Most anything pre-80's with a strong emphasis on rock (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane ect.) and folk rock like Bob Dylan and such. I like pop stuff lie Abba, The Mamas and The Papas ect. I love Elvis! Buddy Holly too! I love swing and big band like Glenn Miller and ochestras like him, and siners like Dean Martin, Judy Garland... I love 30's show tune music and always have an especially peppy one, or a tender heart breaking onein my head. I LOVE 20's jazz! Jazz today is NOTHING like it! Jack Hylton is my favorite. 1800's music gets me, like Antonin Dvorak, Slovanic Dances number 2 and 3 speak to me. Tchaikosky is my favorite composer.
Books:
Biographies, historical books mostly. I love to learn when I'm reading, so fiction often doesn't cut it for me.
