I believe in the Bible, but not in the typical way.
I believe that the Truth is the Resurrection of Wisdom Itself , as seen through Biblical History. I believe that the Wisdom of God initially entered into actuality (reality) as its opposite, because the Bible teaches that the Wisdom by which the world was founded was itself "slain from the foundation of the world" (Revelation 13:8). Moreover, the Bible says that the Truth is the "Resurrection" of Jesus (Logos, Wisdom) Itself, so it can be inferred that the Bible was, in fact, a "realized metaphor".
There is a great deal more to talk about, but that is my foundational belief. However, the brief summary I have just given does not really give an adequate picture of my thinking approach.
