Any gun disarm especially when the gun is further away from u is really dangerous, if u feel u must try it to live u need to remeber sound concepts like get out of the field of fire, control the weapon and do not give up control. This is not bad, but anything from this position is risky.

This is the first lesson I have seen from these guys that has merit in my opinion. We teach many types of simular strikes and they are extremely effective. Does not have to be all that powerful either. Bracial stun is a common term for these. Yes there is a great video here of this working.

It seems these guys do not have a good sense of the reality of combat. This is typical with many traditional martial artist. Looks good in theory, but has not been tested live or they do not have the experience to see the weakness in the concepts.

Very dangerous, if you do not get this just right u have nothing. Also the gunman will fight back, good luck having great speed and accuracy, fine motor skills under stress. This has a high failure rate in my opinion.
