This mirrors a Coup de ta, that the CIA was involved with in Chilie on Sept. 11 1973, where a military take over of the country united the local police with the National Security police, and massive arrests, torture, renditions took place, until 2 years later when a new CIA chief expanded to all the countries of S. America as a program called Operation Condor. The CIA chief was
