flash is accelerated by the GPU in Android
Html5 isnt accelerated at all in that ipod.
Apple is almost done with adding acceleration for html5 on mobile (Safari 5.something on Mac has it already).
Should be in a future iOS update.
Then html5 will run 100x faster.

Otherwise, you wouldnt be able to change the lighting directy in game whenever you chose. Go watch other vidoes of it where thye change to lighting and camera angles in real time.

Or maybe you just need to update to the latest bot code?
I think it should handle some of those issues.

The latest bot code assumes a slightly diff waypoint format so be sure to do !waypoint migrate and !waypoint save firs...
