Equally at home performing stand-up comedy to an audience of one hundred people or anchoring live public events in front of several thousand... CK delights in the contrasting challenges of both.

Based in Sheffield -- South Yorkshire, CK has enjoyed ten years as a radio DJ. In addition to this, CK is a freelance voiceover artist, music columnist, writer and accomplished host of large-scale public events; including music festivals, record store openings and comedy events. Also, seen launching Liverpool's first ever annual tattoo convention in 2008, it appears no event is too random.

With a cool confidence, charismatic personality and unmistakable presence, CK engages audiences with ease -- as displayed in July 2010 when he anchored the New Music Stage of Sheffield's critically renowned 'Tramlines Music Festival' -- a free three-day music festival attended by over 60,000 revellers each day, featuring multi platinum-selling artists such as Craig David, The Hoosiers, Tinchy Stryder, One Night Only, Gabriella Cilmi and fresh breaking acts.

CK's media journey started in 2001 - when he joined his local hospital radio station as a voluntary DJ. Four years later, after presenting breakfast on local community stations, CK landed his first commercial radio job at Trax FM.

While at Trax FM, CK was exposed to the highly addictive bright lights of celebrity public appearances -- having anchored high street record store openings at HMV with popular chart acts. CK soon discovered a natural flair for presenting live public events, thus repositioned himself as a Radio DJ and live public events host. Soon, he found himself anchoring national music tours alongside some of the finest breakthrough acts in the UK and Europe.

In 2008, CK was seen on satellite TV channel 'Discovery' as part of their increasingly popular 'fly-on-the-wall' tattoo documentary, 'London Ink'. CK was commissioned to host Liverpool's first ever tattoo convention - which was part of the vibrant city's celebrations after being titled 'Europe's Capital of Culture'.

In December 2008, CK's three-year run at Trax FM came to an end, and so began his foray into the curious world of stand-up comedy. CK currently gigs up and down the North of England. In July 2009, three months after beginning his comedy journey, he performed in the qualifying stage of a regional search for new comedians - organised by Jongleurs Comedy Clubs. CK narrowly missed out on performing in front of Frank Skinner -- who judged the grand final. In December 2009, CK co-produced and hosted the British Red Cross' inaugural comedy fundraiser for South Yorkshire -- a night staged at Sheffield United Football Club; featuring 9 stand-up comedians, including; Barbara Nice (Coronation Street, Phoenix Nights, Thin Ice) and Charlie Chuck (Smell of Reeves & Mortimer). The event generated in excess of £3000, soaring to £6000 the following year when Dave Spikey headlined the event.

CK is the Creative Director for his own design brand called; 'Natural State Media' (formerly known as 'eGo MEDIA') which is responsible for creating all of the promotional material used for his work, including; audio, print, video and web marketing. In October 2009, one of CK's playful 'Mock the Week' spoof animations was titled; 'Video of The Week' by the UK's leading online comedy resource, chortle.co.uk.

Currently a contributing writer, columnist and 'relationships expert' for popular entertainment magazine, Exposed Magazine, CK also edits his own music blog and writes for online music and entertainment website, Dropout UK.
