Let me first say these video logs are primarily intended for me. However, The Youtube Weight loss community has been a big part in this journey. It has been about a little over a year now and I've learned a lot from watching videos of others in the WLS fam. Now that it's time to start my WLS journey, I want to share it back with you.

I promise myself to loss over One hundred pounds. I wanted to track my journey of weight loss, so why not go "
Youtube". I thought what better than to make a video dairy of this journey. I had the Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery on 1/25/2011 and I wanted to share it with the world. Hopefully this Youtube channel will be one of the tools used to; keep a of track progress, and help me/someone else going though the same. I want to lose about over 100 pounds and my goal weight is to be 150 pounds liter. Although my journey will be a long way to go but with a lot of determination God on my side, I know I can do it before 2011is over. Stay with me guys, this road might be a little bumpy!
