The acts do seem much too broad (in terms of the acts' text) to be effective without affecting honest businesses. Either revise it, or drop it all together. It shouldn't be passed as is.

@HyperSugarKid I don't know if Garfield will be any better than Tobey because I haven't seen any of Garfield's work. @CJX5 I've played the original SNES X and the amount of hits it takes to take out a Bee Blader doesn't seem to change between dashing and standing. Maybe you were watching the PC version or something, that version had some scant glitches.

@KZN02 Mark Gatha was X's best English VA in my opinion (watch Day of Sigma if you haven't already). Too bad he quit the VA business, it'll be pretty difficult to find a replacement of his caliber. Some people suggested Yuri Lowenthal (probably didn't spell his last name right), but I'm not sure ...

@DXDrago That's the only reason X was classified as a B class hunter for the majority of the X series, despite his ferocious fighting ability.
