"@afrobarbie26 Trust me, as an avid brass player, it is better in the long run to pull the corners of your mouth back and not puff out your cheeks. I used to puff too, but when you do, you lose natural pressure, and then you instinctively pull the instrument against your lips harder for higher notes. This will cut of your circulation, you will blow out your lips and be left with a ring around your mouth. As an added bonus, your tone will improve almost immediately."
