haha as long as the colony was in africa where it all started - well seriously something should be done. A man was arrested here in Memphis for raping a teenage girl at knifepoint (he was an assistant lifeguard at a PUBLIC pool, had a prior rape conviction) after his arrest he readily admitted he was HIV positive and basically said he'd been fucking as many underage girls as he could-maybe if they just brand a big HIV+ on their foreheads people wouldn't have sex with them. The state I live in, I read recently has run out of money for AIDS treatment to the poor, they are now on a waiting list. I wonder how they could justify sending so much free treatment overseas when people here need it. Unfortunately, the city I live in, is a craphole and has the highest rate of STDs around, like 10 times the national average -gross.
