@Chaettig -- We're glad you found us and happy to hear that you had a chance to visit the UConn campus! Are you referencing the house on Rt. 195 that is in front of Mirror Lake? Here's what we found out: The house was painted and some repairs were done in 2009, but it is currently vacant. The university's long-term plan for the house is to renovate it and, working with the area historic commission, possibly move it farther back from the road. Once that's been accomplished, any number of UConn tenants would be interested in using it. No funding is currently available, so its on hold for now.
