About this user

The CHS Choraliers were started at Clover High School, South Carolina in 1994 under the direction of Jay Forrest, who of course still directs the group today. The Choraliers consist of over 120 seniors, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. The Choraliers have won numerous state and regional competitions (due to an amount of inconceivable practice hours of course). Along with the choraliers we also have smaller groups known as the Chamber Singers directed by Mr. Forrest, and The Barbershop and Girls Group directed by Mr. Street. Also, Mr. Forrest was named Educator of the Year in 2001, and was awarded with a $25,000 check. So yeah, the Choraliers are kind of a big deal in Clover.
The Choraliers also performs two major shows each school year, a christmas show, and a spring show. Each of the two shows are incredible. The Spring show is usually the main event of the year, but this year in 2009 we performed John Rutter's Requiem. The tracks are all on the videos posted.
