CFSA is demonstrating leadership, integrity, and compliance in the payday advance industry by informing lawmakers and regulators about our products and services and the millions of consumers we serve each year who count on short-term loans to bridge financial gaps.
CFSA launches a Best Practices Education Video Series to demonstrate how CFSA sets its member companies apart from the rest of the payday advance industry.
"For over a decade, CFSA has enforced a mandatory set of Best Practices that guide how our member companies operate and set the standard for the payday advance industry. We want payday advance customers to know that when they go to our members' stores and see the CFSA Best Practices and the CFSA Membership Seal, they will receive important consumer protections that may not be available elsewhere. We are proud to offer these CFSA Best Practices, and we are proud of our member companies for abiding by them."
