@puchomoreno There are two types of rotary engine. There's the Wankel rotary, which is what's in this video. Then there's the old piston rotary engines from world war 1. There's also radial engines, which look like piston rotaries.

It's gonna be pretty tough to find room for a turbo with the engine as low and far back as it is. Subaru had the same issue when they were contemplating a turbo version of the BRZ.
There are rumors of a possible TRD Supercharger kit down the road, though.
