Hi, I'm Claire and i'm 14 years old. I started playing basketball competitively when I was 8 years old. I was a regular starter for a 5th & 6th Grade team. However, that was not the first time I had picked up a basketball. I've been fascinated with the game since I was 2 years old! I could shoot, and make a basket that was 10' ft tall when I was just 3' ft tall myself! I have an amazing passion for the game, and look forward to playing on a high level each year I play! My dream and goal is to change the game of basketball forever. My dream job is obviously being a star player in the WNBA, but getting into the line up is not just my goal. I want to change the way women's basketball is looked at, forever. The WNBA is not publicitized or talked about enough these days, and I intend to change that. If I could become just as good as Michael Jordan, or Lebron James, or Kobe Bryant, I could achieve that goal, and live that dream. And I plan to make that happen! Even though i'm only 14, I take the game just as serious as anyone else does. I try to play my games at a professional level, and I respect the others on the court like I want them to respect me...even though that doesn't happen more than 1/4 of the game. So I really wanna know, how can I improve my game?
