My theological views.
Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).
Salvation is Grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; Romans 3:28; 2 Timothy 1:9).
A true conversion would result in a better heart, which would result in better works (Ephesians 2:10; 2 Corinthians 5:17 ).
My theology is mostly Reformed in reguards to salvation. I believe in a literal 1,000 year kingdom ruled by Christ. I believe that believers will be raptured away from the earth right before a seven year tribulation.
For those who disagree with my theology, please view the following.
IT IS GOD WHO:
- draws people to Himself (John 6:44,65).
- creates a pure heart (Psalm 51:10; Romans 8:29,30).
- ordains people to believe and have faith (Acts 13:48).
- works faith in the believer (John 6:28-29).
- chooses who is to be holy and blameless (Eph. 1:4).
- chooses us for salvation (2 Thess. 2:13-14).
- grants the act of believing (Phil. 1:29; Hebrews 12:2).
- grants repentance (2 Tim. 2:24-26; Acts 11:18).
- calls according to His purpose (2 Tim. 1:9).
- causes us to be born again (1 Pet. 1:3).
- predestines us to salvation (Rom. 8:29-30; Eph 1:4,5).
- predestines us to adoption (Eph. 1:5).
- predestines us according to HIS PURPOSE (Eph. 1:11).
- makes us born again NOT BY OUR WILL, BUT GOD'S WILL(John 1:12-13).
-Raises us up to Christ - we don't raise ourselves up (Eph 2:4-6)
-preserves His saints (2 Tim 4:18; Jude 1; Psalm 97:10; Psalm 37:28; Psalm 140:1-7, 1 Thess. 5:23,24)
-Seals us until the day of redemption (Eph 1:13,14; Eph 4:30)
-Who keeps us from falling (Jude 24)
-Who won't let anything separate Himself from His saints (Romans 8:37-39)
-guarantees an incorruptible salvation (1 Peter 1:4,5)
-won't let anyone pluck us out of His hand (John 10:28,29)
-who won't lose or cast anyone away (John 6:37-39)
-who chastens believers when they misbehave (Hebrews 12:3-11; Psalm 89:30-34)
-who gives His sheep ETERNAL LIFE (John 10:28,29; John 3:15,16; 1 John 5:13)
-whose death was limited to His saints (John 10:11,15; Isaiah 53:4-12; Mat 1:21; Acts 20:28; Eph 5:25-27; Romans 5:8,9,11).
IT IS MAN WHO:
- is deceitful and desperately sick (Jer. 17:9).
- is full of evil (Mark 7:21-23; Rom 3:10-18).
- loves darkness rather than light (John 3:19).
- is unrighteous, does not understand, does not seek for God (Rom. 3:10-12).
- is helpless and ungodly (Rom. 5:6).
- is dead in his trespasses and sins (Eph. 2:1,4,5).
- is by nature a child of wrath (Eph. 2:3).
- cannot understand spiritual things (1 Cor. 2:14).
- is a slave of sin (Rom. 6:16-20).
-Can't go to God alone (John 6:44; 1 Cor 12:3)
- Who inherited a sin nature from Adam (Romans 5:12)
-born a sinner and totally depraved (Psalm 51:5; Psalm 58:3)
