@SchleichWhisper Sims 3 Pets is an expansion pack on Sims 3. So you have to have Sims 3 in order to get Sims 3 pets, and therefore anything in Sims 3 that was mature content is still there, but now there's pets too. And yes, the pets can have babies, and the sims still have babies themselves.

Whenever I try to breed my mare and stallion, it says the stable is too small for two horses :( It can only fit a foal and a mare.
I looked for a bigger stable but couldn't see one. Is there one and I'm just not seeing it? If not, how do you breed your two horses??
