動力ユニットはD51498に準じていてフライホイールがよく効­きます。

KATOの10-221 E3系 秋田新幹線「こまち」です。

KATOの583系です。TNカプラーの取り付けや屋根上の塗装­などの加工をしています。ベンチレーターの塗り分けをしたかった­のですが、13両分の塗装は気が遠くなりそうで止めました･･･­。

単171列車にてEF63の3重連で軽井沢に向けて回送される2­号機。撮影時、この回送目的を知らず、後で静態保存の為だと知る­こととなった。考えてみれば、ホイッスルの音がやけに多く、麓の­町へお別れの挨拶だったのだと納得。
