Here at Channel 4 we believe in diversity because understanding what makes us all different ultimately brings us closer together.

Diversity is about dedicating time to different voices, viewpoints, opinions, beliefs, perspectives, ethnic groups, backgrounds, sexual orientation, age groups, abilities and skills.

We've done this since the day we started broadcasting, making us an established platform for voices outside the establishment. Today we continue to champion diversity, in fact more than ever before.
