As a result I have to stream at like 240p, and even that has framerate stutter. I never thought streaming would be this hard, h...

This is what I did at first, but then I reset and chose "Fight Sanders" and tranq'd him before he killed the hostage. I think it is the best option, cause that guy is too dangerous and stupid to be running around looking for answers. We shall see how the story plays out for me.
