IMO he should use get q on lvl 1, dark matter lvl 2 q lvl 3 and e on lvl 4, and on 5 you get q aswell, then obviously your ulti and then until lvl 7-10 your should max your W. Since dark matter is really good for farming, you just land your w and boom you freely get the caster minions in the back...
